At the same time, Beijing will be sunny but with similar highs expected in Seoul.
The cold wind will bring Seoul to zero degrees Celsius by the morning, Chuncheon minus 2 and Gyeongju at minus 1 degrees.
The daytime high in Seoul will top out at 7 degrees, while the southern regions will reach the mid-teens.
