Good morning, it's a very cold start to the day, people are sneezing and coughing... it's the coldest day of the season so far. Many inland regions and mountainous areas are seeing sub zero temperatures.

It also feels little bit unfair weather-wise because despite much colder temperatures,... some of central parts of the country will have to deal with high levels of fine dust. Seoul will have clean air today, but unfortunately a dusty day is in store for tomorrow.

Mostly sunny skies will be featured and daily highs will jump to the double digits actually going as high as yesterday.

Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, morning lows in most parts are kicking off nearly 3 degrees lower than yesterday, Chuncheon is a lot colder at minus 3 degrees Celsius. Bundle up on your way out.

Daily highs will rise rapidly leading to wide gaps in temperatures, Chuncheon getting up to 10 degrees, Seoul 12 degrees.
