Good morning. Seoul woke up to the coldest morning of the season, it'll be colder and drier for the next few days, expect to see even colder weather tomorrow plunging to just 1 degree Celsius.

Most regions will be under partly sunny skies while regions in the west could see some light drizzle.

For today's highs, Seoul and Chuncheon will only reach 12 degrees this afternoon. Jeju and Busan will be a lot warmer at 21 and 19 degrees.

With that in mind, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

While the autumn cold snap is in full swing for most parts here in South Korea, the North will have even colder temperatures under lots of clouds.

Over in New Delhi, pollution is back again and the poor air quality will stay for a long time.

In Melbourne, weather is slowly warming up as summer is getting closer.

Heading to North America, milder air will make a comeback across the eastern United States right in time for Halloween.

As for South America, Bogota, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro will have a rainy Tuesday.

Taking you to Europe, morning lows have already dropped below zero in Moscow, expect to see temperatures warming up from Thursday.

In South Africa, rain is on the way for Cape Town.
