No indication of progress on human rights in N. Korea despite important meetings on Peninsula: Quintana

The UN's Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in North Korea says... despite progress on building peace on the Korean Peninsula, there's no clear indication of progress on the human rights situation in the North.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Tomas (oh-HAY-ah) Ojea (keen-TAH-nah) Quintana said... though he supports peace efforts between the two Koreas and between Pyeongyang and Washington,... the talks that have taken place have made no reference to addressing the human rights issue.
He stressed,... he supports a peace declaration on the Korean Peninsula,... but peace has to be enjoyed with basic human rights secured.
(keen-TAH-nah) Quintana called on North Korea to show commitment to improving human rights.
