Air India issues apology on harassment to National awardee Vivek Joshi

Another case of airline apathy. National awardee Vivek Joshi was allegedly harassed by Air India staff at Mumbai airport. Vivek Joshi is 100% physically challenged. Joshi was being accompanied by his elderly father and both were allegedly put through an ordeal by the Air India Staff speaking to NewsX Joshi's father narrated the incident and said that they were asked to queue up with other passengers, made to wait for hours and also were treated rudely by Air India Staff. Joshi's father filed a complaint on the airline's website and now demands action from govt against the staff.
