Hello, I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update. We are having pleasant weather today, but tomorrow the conditions will change completely,... bringing rain nationwide as well as in Tokyo.
This sudden rain is due to the influence of Typhoon Kong-Rey. It has already started raining on Jeju Island,... and the rain will gradually spread to the southern provinces by tonight. The whole country will see wet weather as the typhoon heads closer to the peninsula.
Jeju can expect more than 700 millimeters of rain, while 500 millimeters will drench the coastlines until Saturday. The central region will get less rain, with 50 to 120 millimeters.
Dress warm tomorrow as there will be strong gusty winds,... most places beginning the morning in the mid to high teens.
During the day Seoul will reach 21 degrees Celsius, Busan 22 and Jeju will hit 24 degrees.
