EAM Sushma Swaraj snibbed Pak at UNGA; India refused talks after Pak killed our jawans

Days after accusing India of orchestrating the 2014 Peshawar terror attack that killed 150 children, Pak Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi is talking of peace and stability with its neighbour. Remember, a Pak chopper had strayed into Indian airspace days ago, to which Pak later claimed that the chopper belonged to PoK Prime Minister. In the past too, Pakistan has offered dialogue with India on the sidelines of UNGA in New York. But the very next day, 3 SPOs and a BSF jawan were brutally killed by terrorists in the valley. The incident led to India pulling back from having any kind of talks with Pakistan.
