External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj attended the Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) foreign ministers' meeting on the sidelines of the United Nation General Assembly (UNGA) session and exchanged views on matters of global political, economic and security significance. External Affairs Minister Swaraj will present a statement in the UNGA. The statement will take place on September 29. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will hold a total of over 30 bilateral meetings as part of her visit to the United States.
