AccuWeather in Puerto Rico: How meteorologists tracked Hurricane Maria without power

During Hurricane Maria, the National Weather Service office in San Juan, Puerto Rico was unable to track the storm via radar due to power going out. All, but one satellite radar, the GOES-16. AccuWeather's Jonathan Petramala spoke with meteorologists of the NWS about how they were able to track the storm as it roared through the island.
