Firefighters Battling Delta Fire Get Help From Eager Pup

Firefighters battling the Delta Fire in Shasta County, California, received some help in one area from an unexpected canine source.The Santa Clara County Fire Department shared a video of a dog who is seen grabbing the team’s hose and running away as firefighters were canvassing areas threatened by the fire. “At one house, the crews got some unexpected help picking up hose from the canine resident,” the post stated.The Delta Fire, which started on September 5, had topped 50,000 acres by Tuesday morning, September 11.
