A fast-spreading wildfire broke out north of Redding, California, shutting down a highway and triggering evacuations from several areas on Wednesday, September 5, according to local reports.The fire, dubbed the Delta Fire, had burned 5,000 acres by the evening of September 5 and was zero percent contained.
