According to Reuters, the Iraqi government will only abide one sanction imposed no Iran by the United States.
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi added that his government will respect the dollar ban in transactions with Iran.
But Iraq's government disagreed with the other sanctions, resulting in a compromise to abide one, but not others.
Those sanctions also targeted Iran’s trade in gold and other precious metals.
