++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++ Residents across central and northeastern Pennsylvania reported flooding in their homes and backyards on August 13 as flash floods slammed neighborhoods across the state.

Heavy rains wreaked havoc across Pennsylvania that day, closing down a busy interstate and flooding houses. The King of Prussia mall, one of the biggest malls in the United States, was flooded during the storm. Authorities say the worst of the storm is not over, with weather warnings still in effect in many counties.
