Flash Flood Swamp King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Flash floods swamped parts of Pennsylvania on Monday, August 13, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a flash flood watch in effect until midnight (local time).Portions of nearby northern Delaware, northeast Maryland and New Jersey were also under flood advisories. The NWS said that after days of heavy rain, flash flooding was more likely to occur given the saturated soils and elevated streams.This video shows the intersection of North Gulph Road and Mall Boulevard submerged in the Pennsylvanian town of King of Prussia.
