Flash Flood Swamp King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Flash floods swamped parts of Pennsylvania on Monday, August 13, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a flash flood watch in effect until midnight (local time).Portions of nearby northern Delaware, northeast Maryland and New Jersey were also under flood advisories.
