Counter-protesters dressed in colorful clothes rallied against a far-right Patriot Prayer rally called the “Gibson for Senate Freedom March” in Portland, Oregon, on August 4.Portland Police said those with the appropriate licenses would be allowed to carry handguns to the event, but that rifles or other “long-guns” were prohibited.
