Protesters were told on Monday, June 25, to end a protest that is blocking an Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Portlant, Oregon, or face arrest. The notice distributed to the protesters did not specify a deadline they must leave.Protesters have been blocking the entrance, forcing the building to be closed since June 17. Federal officials were able to enter the building on Monday morning as protesters slept. The protest has been in opposition of President Donald Trump’s “zero tolerance” policy on illegal immigration, which was separating families at the border until Trump signed an executive order last week. This video shows some of the federal agents serving notice to the protesters.
