Now we turn to our Michelle Park at the weather center for the latest updates. Michelle, are we expecting more showers under this steamy weather?

Daniel, the atmosphere has gotten very unstable as the cool easterly wind combined with the warm wind from the west.
Currently, some places are getting quite a bit of rain already from thunderstorms. Until tomorrow, most parts of the nation will be soaked by 10 to 50 millimeters of sporadic showers.

The eastern region will be rather cool tomorrow with a nice breeze from the sea, whereas the rest can expect temps to be only a few notches lower. It'll still be hot, though, with high humidity.

Expect a sticky morning as well,... starting at 22 degrees Celsius in Seoul, and only a couple of degrees cooler in Daegu and Gyeongju.

And then, there are more spotty showers across the country in the afternoon while it'll stay drier in the east. Seoul will rise to 28 degrees, Busan is partly cloudy at 26.

The eastern region and Jeju can expect some extra rain this week,... while the rest of the country will generally stay cloudy. On Monday, another round of monsoon rain is expected in the central areas.
