Less than two weeks after its leader visited China,... another official from Pyongyang travels to Beijing.
Ku Bon-tae, the vice minister for external economic affairs... is expected to meet with Chinese government officials to discuss economic cooperation.
They will cover agriculture, railway, electricity... as well as development assistance.
According to sources, while this does not mean China will lift its sanctions on the North, the visit marks a beginning to an expansion of economic cooperation between the two allies.
