N. Korea proactive in talks with S. Korea on railway, road, forestation cooperation: Seoul

North Korea has been very proactive in discussing railway, roads, and forestation cooperation with South Korea,... says a high-level official from Seoul's unification ministry on Monday.
According to the official,... at last week's talks on rail and road connections, Pyongyang's delegation suggested... doing things a bit more quickly... and taking more tangible measures.
Based on that, the ministry official said, the government hopes to hold joint studies and discussions with North Korea on President Moon Jae-in's "New Economic Map for the Korean Peninsula".
The vision aims to connect and develop economic belts with North Korea.
The unification ministry says there will be another inter-Korean summit in the fall, as stipulated in April's summit agreement,... and the government hopes to declare a formal end to the Korean War within this year.
