The Syrian news agency said they would be returning to villages in al-Qalamoun, located northwest of Damascus, where many fled fighting in 2013 and 2014.In April, Syrian government forces conducted an offensive on opposition militia in al-Qalamoun, retaking control of the area. This footage was streamed live from Arsal on Facebook by a local news page, and shows trucks packed with mattresses and people driving down the road, and a gathering of people and vehicles along with Lebanese security forces.
