Inter-Korean talks on highway connection, modernization to be held at Panmunjom

Delegations from Seoul and Pyongyang will sit down for talks today on connecting and modernizing highways between the two Koreas.
The talks will begin at 10AM -- in three hours from now -- at the Tongil-gak building located on the North Korean side of the border village of Panmunjom.
South Korea has a three-member delegation led by Vice Minister for Transport, Kim Jeong-ryeol .
North Korea is also sending a three-member delegation, led by its vice minister for environmental protection, Pak Yong-ho .
The South Korean delegation is to leave from Seoul's Office for Inter-Korean Dialogue soon.
