Inter-Korean talks on railway connection, modernization to be held at Panmunjom

Delegations of Seoul and Pyongyang are sitting down for talks today on connecting and modernizing existing railways.
The talks will begin at 10AM-- in three hours from now -- at the Peace House located in the South Korean side of the border village of Panmunjom.
South Korea has a three-member delegation led by Vice Minister for Transport, Kim Jeong-ryeol .
North Korea is also sending three-member delegation, led by its Vice Railroad Minister Kim Yun-hyok .
The South Korean delegation is to leave from Seoul's Office for Inter-Korean Dialogue in 30 minutes.
