Man charges Chinese commuters to cross flooded road on DIY boat made of foam
  • 6 years ago
A man used a DIY boat made out of foam to keep commuters dry as they crossed a flooded road in southern China.

In the video, filmed in Foshan City in Guangdong Province on June 8, a man waist-deep in water pushes the self-made foam boat while a woman sits on top.

In the video, the man doing the pushing is asked by another potential commuter: "Where are you going?"

After a bit of conversation, the man responds that it would cost 20 yuan (£2/$3).
