LGBTQ Activists Accuse Israel of Using Pride to Obscure Human Rights Issues

Activists accusing the Israeli government of using the 2018 Tel Aviv Pride to obscure its own human rights abuses protested along the parade route on June 8, as unrest continued in parts of Gaza and the West Bank on the final Friday of Ramadan.Streets in Tel Aviv were blocked off from early morning, as thousands were expected to gather in the city to watch or take part in the march.
