Tenants Turn Rental Home Into A Biohazard

Imagine owning a rental home and you discover your tenants trashed it before they left. Landlord Travis Adams was shocked to discover the state of his rental property where a family of six had been staying. He evicted them and what they left behind looks like a disaster zone.

The damages will cost Adams over $22,000 to repair. Since his insurance doesn't cover the damage, he'll have to cover the cost himself. However, he set up a GoFundMe page to help cover the mounting costs.
