Amid unrelenting pressure on WA's rental market, there are concerns for thousands of Western Australian's whose rents are expected to skyrocket as the National Rental Affordability Scheme is phased out. The state government is being asked to step in and use some of its bumper surplus to continue the scheme in some form.
