A linesman was hit by a smoke bomb thrown onto the pitch by Tottenham fans as they celebrated Andros Townsend's goal against Aston Villa.
The bomb was hurled from the Tottenham end after 31 minutes and it hit David Bryan between the shoulders.
Police and stewards appeared to remove someone from the crowd after the incident. It is extremely likely that the incident will be included in referee Phil Dowd's report.
