carrying and lifting heavy items. A fraudster who received disability benefit under TWO different names claimed he could not walk more than 60 metres - but was filmed working as a house clearer. Crook William Anthony, 59, was jailed after he conned the
state out of almost £90,000 in benefits. The cheat claimed he suffered a string of debilitating illnesses - including heart problems, angina and arthritis - which stopped him even walking long distances.
