Jaggi appeared at the hearing with co-accuseds however not all co-accused were presented. Another delaying tactic used by Indian supreme National Investigation Agency to prolong matters.
Indian authorities were very quick to announce they had all off the evidence on 7 November 2017. However it appears India’s supreme National Investigation Agency has merely translated the charge sheet produced by Punjab Police in Punjab to English.Tomorrow, Wednesday 23 May 2018 will see Jaggi being presented for his 43rd Preliminary Pre-Trial Hearing.Jaggi will be taken to Mohali court by the NIA in relation to a chargesheet filed at the beginning of May in which Jaggi was named as an accused, despite there being no evidence against him.
