Preparing the Shmeemobile's Stickers - Gumball 3000 and Other Events

For summer, and specifically for my Gumball 3000 2013 coverage, I decided to place some large decorative vinyls and Shmee150 logos on my R8 Spyder.
The design and layout will almost certainly not appeal to everyone but do not fear as it is all completely temporary for 3 weeks and the car will return to Midnight Purple after the event. While filming during the rally, it will make the car look the part amongst the 120 wrapped and vinyl'd supercars that take part, with the purpose of getting the best videos for you to enjoy during it.
I chose gold as in person the colour and fleck works perfectly against the Midnight Purple underneath, and also with the white text located around the car. I applied many of the vinyls myself with help from KIK Customs and use of their facilities (http://www.facebook.com/kikcustoms1), using fairly easy material we cut on the plotter. In theory after the rally (that starts just next week), it should be possible to peel them back off. With this in mind I was limited to what I could do in order to not peel away the purple panels afterwards while making as much of an impact in these next 3 weeks as possible!
It's all in the spirit of a 5,000 mile road trip around Europe in just over a week; it's going to be a crazy adventure!
