South Korea, China resume working-level defense talks

South Korea and China held their first working-level defense talks in over two years on Monday... following their suspension amid the row over Seoul's deployment of the U.S. THAAD missile defense system.
Seoul's Defense Ministry said it explained the outcomes of the recent inter-Korean summit to its Chinese counterpart,... adding that the two sides also discussed plans for defense cooperation and exchanges.
South Korea also reportedly brought up Chinese military planes' repeated violation of the nation's air defense identification zone.
