South, North Korean military continue working-level talks throughout night

The two Koreas started working-level military talks on Thursday morning... at the Tongil-gak building on the North Korean side of Panmunjom,... and are said to be still holding discussions,... pulling an all-nighter.
Following up on the progress made at talks between their generals in July,... the two sides are expected to have discussed the details of plans to mutually disarm their soldiers at the Joint Security Area in the Demilitarized Zone,... jointly excavate war remains in the DMZ... and withdraw troops from guard posts on a trial basis.
Sources say the two sides seem to be in agreement regarding those issues,...
however are deadlocked over the issue in turning the Northern Limit Line into a "maritime peace zone".
The North has long disputed the sea line on the grounds that it was drawn unilaterally by the U.S.-led UN Command after the end of the Korean War.
