How to make Asaana (caramelized corn drink)\r \r Ingredients:\r \r 1 Crushed corn\r 2 Sugar\r \r Method:\r 1 Soak the crushed corn for 3 day to ferment\r 2 Boil the fermented corn on the hub for about 30 -45 min.\r 3 When the foamy substance on the boiling corn is dried up then the corn is ready.\r 4 Melt the sugar in the pot till almost burnt\r 5 Pour the water of the boiled corn ontl the melted sugar\r 6 Use a muslin cloth or fine strainer to strain of the chaff.\r 7 Allow to cool down.\r 8 Store in the fridge and serve very chilled.
