A mass band in Pennsylvania made a young bagpiper’s dream come true on April 28 when they allowed him to march with them at the Southern Maryland Celtic Festival in St. Leonard, Maryland.Meg Eaton Vinson shared this footage of her three-year-old son, Callum, marching with the Ceól Néamh pipe band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
