Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis approves DP 2034

On 24 Apr, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis stamped his approval on the Development Plan (DP)-2034 report. Set within the framework of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act (MRTP). It paves the way for Mumbai to have more land available to build homes and commercial spaces. DP 2034 proposes to unlock about 3,734 hectares of public and privately owned lands
