Kanye West has Officially Returned to Social Media West reactivated his Twitter account on Friday, April 13, after having deactivated both his Twitter and Instagram account last May. The rapper and dad of three shared his thoughts on some tattoo ideas, shoes and more. "I asked my friend to design this neck tat for me." West had previously reactivated his Instagram account on Valentine’s Day to share a photo of him and Kim Kardashian with their children.
