Unnao gangrape case UP government transfers case to CBI, SIT yet to question BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar

The Uttar Pradesh government has now decided to transfer the Unnao Rape Case to CBI for investigation and file a FIR under appropriate sections considering the allegations against BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar and his brothers. The MLA, meanwhile, was seen outside the SSP's residence on Wednesday night. The SIT report submitted to chief minister Yogi Adityanath, states that the father of the Unnao gangrape survivor, who had accused Uttar Pradesh BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar of rape, could have been thrashed while in police custody. The probe report says police botched up the case to save BJP MLA's brother Atul Singh. The SIT was to question Kuldeep Singh Sengar in a day or two.
