The Pakistani media's move to blackout Pashtun Long March has invited massive backlash from its own people. This included scholars and journalists as well. People have taken to Twitter to condemn the media blackout. Over 100,000 Pashtuns held a rally on April 8th. They protested against the Pakistani state sponsored terrorism in Pashtunistan. And demanded public hanging of Pervez Musharraf. Pervez Musharraf served as the President of Pakistan from June 2001 to 18 August 2008.
