Nationwide rain, cooler readings in many parts _ 040418

Good morning. Cherry blossoms were in full bloom in many parts here in South Korea thanks to the warm readings,... but most parts will see a big drop in temperatures along with rain. Beijing is also having a rainy start to the day.
It started to rain in the upper parts late at night, it will gradually spread to the rest of southern areas so Seoul will see the rain letting up in the morning while down south will likely to see rain until the evening.
Much needed rainfall will soak central parts of the country with up to 40 millimeters,... while mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province could see snow during the day.
Expect to see a big drop in afternoon temperatures today, but lows are still on the mild side kicking off at 11 degrees in Seoul. Daegu and Gyeongju are waking up to a low of 13 and 12 degrees. But those cities will notice cooler afternoon highs than the lows
only getting up to 12 and 10, it will be a huge drop in temperatures for Daegu from 27.2 degrees to 12 today so dress accordingly.
