Kimchi Mandu Ingredients:\r

10 oz. Ground pork\r
1/4 tsp. Salt\r
1/8 tsp. Black pepper\r
1 Tbs. mirin (optional)\r
5 oz. Bean sprouts\r
2 oz. Dried glass noodles(Dangmyoun)\r
1 cup Well fermented Kimchi, squeezed juice and chopped\r
8 oz. firm tofu, squeezed excess water with paper towel\r
3 green onions, chopped (approximately 1/2 cup)\r
2 to 3 Garlic cloves, minced (approximately 1 Tbs)\r
2 Tbs. Soy sauce\r
1 Tbs. Sesame oil\r
1 tsp. Sesame seeds\r
Small pinch of salt\r
1/4 tsp. Black pepper\r
20 to 25 dumpling wrappers
