Therapist-Led Meditation: Working With Social Anxiety

Social anxiety can have a hugely detrimental effect on our lives, but with regular meditation practice it is possible to begin to move those worries out of our way, and take positive action in our lives.

Most importantly, we do best with the intention of patience, and self compassion.
