Hi all. One way of thinking about avoiding overwhelm and crisis is to pay attention as much as possible to our inner experience and take note of whether we are in the "Window of Tolerance" or moving out of it.
Here I talk about how to think about how we are doing. In future videos I will be showing ways to intervene with ourselves if we find ourselves moving out of tolerance with what is.
