Therapist-Led Meditation: 15 Minute Body Scan To Reduce Stress and Anxiety

Welcome to You Therapy. This body scan is a short one, a tad less than 15 minutes, and can be used whenever you would like to connect to yourself, feel overwhelmed with stress or anxiety, or would just like to add some calm meditation to your day.

The more we practice mindful meditation, the more our awareness and presence in our life grows. You may wish to set an intention to carry this kind awareness with you for the rest of your day.

Please only practice when your attention is not required elsewhere, for safety reasons.
