Good morning, you will need to dress warmly on your way out, it's a lot colder than yesterday morning while highs will also be a tad lower as well. But we have better air quality under mostly sunny skies, but the dry air is sticking around.

Taking a closer look at today's readings, Seoul and Daejeon are waking up to lows of minus 5 degrees Celsius,... while Daegu and Gwangju saw lows of minus 2 degree Celsius.

It will get sunnier as the day moves along. Seoul will only make it to 4 degrees while the rest of the country will also see single digit afternoon highs.

But the cold weather won't last as temperatures will jump back up to above the seasonal averages. A mix of light snow and rain is in store late tomorrow night or early Friday but it won't help much to ease the dryness in the air.

PyeongChang is waking up to a bitterly cold morning, but highs will be bearable along with good air quality.
