The Australian government contributed to disaster relief efforts from Tropical Cyclone Gita in Tonga by delivering emergency supplies on February 12.The Australian Defence Force said they responded to requests for assistance made by the Tongan government ahead of the category 5 storm hitting the island nation on February 13.
