The video taker told Storyful he had been travelling from Osaka to Kanazawa when he became stranded by the snow.His videos show trapped vehicles on Japan National Route 8. In the first video, food supplies are delivered to the stranded bus passengers. In the second video, the bus driver tells passengers they can leave the bus after several day of being stuck. In the third video, the bus passengers are seen getting into an army vehicle before being transported to safety.Motorists have received some assistance from Japan’s Ground Self-Defense Force, according to local news reports.One motorist in Fukui died from carbon monoxide poisoning after heavy snow trapped him inside his car, according to local news reports.
