Lululemon CEO Resigns After Not Meeting 'Conduct Standards' The athletic apparel company made the announcement Monday, saying Laurent Potdevin was resigning effective immediately. Potdevin joined the company as the CEO in 2014 and also served on the company's board, a position from which he is also leaving. Glenn Murray, another member of Lululemon's board, will temporarily take over an expanded role as they look for a replacement. Lululemon expects all employees to exemplify the highest levels of integrity and respect for one another, and Mr. Potdevin fell short of these standards of conduct. Culture is at the core of Lululemon, and it is the responsibility of leaders to set the right tone in our organization.
