Shikhar Dhawan, Cheteshwar Pujara and Murali Vijay lost their wickets in quick succession as India were off to a rough start in their second innings on Day 4 of the first Test match against South Africa in Cape Town. Earlier, Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah took three wickets each while Bhuvneshwar Kumar claimed two as South Africa were bowled out for 130 in their second innings. India need 208 runs to win the match and to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match series. The third day of the encounter was entirely washed out due to incessant rain.
