Individual States Suing to Overturn The FCC’s Net Neutrality Repeal

The Federal Communications Commission has voted to repeal rules set in place to define net neutrality.
Voting along party lines, the FCC voted 3-to-2 to overturn the Obama administration rules.
But individual states are already preparing a legal challenge to the Trump administration's decision.
Lawmakers in California and Washington have even called for similar rules to be developed into state laws.
