Created in Guaxupé/MG, Brazil, in 2006, UdJC is characterized by strong lyrics and engaging harmonies.
Having grunge influences, blues, Tropicália, among others.
Currently make up the UdJC: Zé Gonçalves, founder and creator of the lyrics, is vocalist and guitarist in addition to playing complementary instruments like Theremin and Viola Caipira; André Lepiane also founder and partner of the compositions, acts as back in vocal; Guto Gonzalez, drummer and music producer and Sóstenes Matusalem, bassist and video producer.
The UdJC launches in September 2015 the first album, 'Volume Morto'. Great recording and several combined elements show that the band is here to stay. 'Volume Morto' was recorded in the studio Lamparina by Guto Gonzalez and Rafael Montorfano (Chicão). Mixed and produced by Guto Gonzalez. Masterized by Tiago Hóspede. Currently the band lives in São Paulo, Brazil. In September, UdJC played in Tupinikim Bar, Santo André, SP.
